Exquisite impressions: making prints of ice-age cave art

To celebrate Culture Days 2016, You are invited to make your own linocut prints of ice-age art from around the world!

Drop in to the Beringia Centre between 12pm and 4pm for a visual feast of ancient cave art and their locations. Visitors staying for 1.5 hours can learn about printmaking with ready-made linocuts and create images of ice age cave art to take home. Visitors staying for 3 hours (arriving before 1pm) will be able to develop their own image and linocut engraving to print.

Kids 9 and under must be assisted by an adult during the activity.
All materials will be supplied on a first-come, first-served basis.

Come and create some beautiful art pieces to take home or use as greeting cards!
