The Great Stocking Experiment 2022
Attention Yukoners The Great Stocking Experiment is back!
The hypothesis is simple: if we hang up empty Christmas stockings around the museum, Santa will fill the stockings with treats.
We’ve tested this hypothesis for the last 6 years and have developed the following “procedure”:
1. Decorate a stocking at the Beringia Centre.
2. Watch a holiday themed movie after you're done decorating.
3. Leave the stocking at the Beringia Centre to see if Santa fills it with treats.
4. Pickup your stocking after Christmas and check what's inside!
If you’d like to participate in our experiment, stop by the Beringia Centre between 12:30 and 3:30 pm on Saturday November 26, 2022. Regular admission applies. Free admission with a family pass.
