How Plants Defy Gravity

Have you ever wondered how the tallest trees of the world still have water in their leaves at the very top? Do little forest elves carry water up the trunk for when they get thirsty at night? Demonstrations at 1 PM and 3 PM, with a hands-on activity between 1 PM and 4 PM
