Guided school fieldtrips

Looking for a great educational fieldtrip to get your students out of the classroom?

If you bring your students to the centre, our interpretive team can provide a tailored visit for your class. With your tour, you will be able to choose from our standard set of programming options, including films, atlatl demonstrations and archaeological digs.

Is your class studying evolution and adaptation? Human prehistory? Or perhaps the natural history of Yukon? Our interpretive guides can customize our offerings to cover specific themes related to what you are studying. Custom themes must be related to our mandate. Please note, you must book at least two weeks in advance if you would like to customize your tour.

For all school visits, fees for students of any age are $4 per person. All teachers, staff and chaperones are free-of-charge.

Please ensure that you have sufficient staff and chaperones to manage your students.
