The Beringia Centre is only about a 5-minute walk from the Erik Nielsen Whitehorse International Airport, on the Alaska Highway just outside of downtown Whitehorse. Right next door to the centre is the Yukon Transportation Museum—it is well worth a visit. Be sure to ask about our Combination Passes which provide discounted admission to both the Beringia Centre and Transportation Museum. And if you are in a car (or on the bus), check out the Copperbelt Railway & Mining Museum. It’s only 5 kilometers north on the Alaska Highway.
The Beringia Centre does not have a cafeteria and there are limited food and drink options nearby. If you need food or a drink, the Airport Chalet and Skky Hotel are right across the road. You can also grab a snack in the airport lounge.
